Terms of service

The terms covering use of the AlilezoHub website, wallet and developer API.

Last updated 1 August 2026

Who we are

AlilezoHub is a Nigerian virtual top-up platform. These terms cover use of the website, the wallet, and the developer API.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login and API credentials secure. Do not share them. Tell us immediately if you believe an account has been accessed without your permission.

Accounts are for the person or business that registered them. Reselling access to a single account is not permitted; use the reseller tier and its sub accounts instead.

Wallet and payments

Wallet balances are held for the purpose of buying services on the platform. They do not earn interest and are not a deposit-taking product.

Prices displayed at the moment of purchase are the prices that apply. If a network changes its rates we update ours, and the change takes effect for orders placed afterwards.

Failed transactions

If a service fails to deliver, the amount is reversed to your wallet automatically. Where a network reports a delivery that you believe did not arrive, contact support with the transaction reference and we will investigate with the provider.

Acceptable use

Do not use the platform for fraud, for purchases funded by money you are not entitled to, or to send bulk messages that recipients have not consented to receive. We may suspend an account that we reasonably believe is being used this way.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with a revised date before they take effect.
