What we collect
To deliver a top-up we need the recipient number and the service you selected. To run an account we need your phone number or email, and a record of your transactions.
We do not sell your phone number, and we do not run advertising on the platform.
Why we hold it
Transaction records exist so that you have a receipt and so that a failed order can be traced and reversed. Account details exist so that you can log in, save beneficiaries, and receive member pricing.
Who we share it with
Networks and billers receive only what they need to fulfil the order — usually the recipient number and the product. Payment providers receive what is required to process a funding transaction. We do not pass your data to anyone else for their own purposes.
Card details
Card payments are processed by PCI DSS certified partners. Card numbers are not stored on our systems.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the data held about you, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion of data we are not required to retain. Contact support and we will respond within the timeframe set out in the NDPR.
Retention
Transaction records are retained for as long as required for accounting and regulatory purposes. Account data is deleted on request, subject to those obligations.
