Why data prices went up in July and what happens next

All four networks raised their wholesale rates in July. The increases were not uniform — some sizes moved more than others, and the smaller bundles took the larger percentage.

We absorbed part of it. Member and reseller pricing moved by less than the upstream change, which narrows our margin on those tiers rather than yours.
